BLW: Moroccan Chicken
Tried another recipe from the BLW cookbook today. Moroccan chicken this time. I have to say I was not impressed. Little Man took a small mouthful and then refused point blank to eat any more. And neither I nor hubbie liked it either. It was very watery and quite tasteless.
Also it was time consuming to make. So a thumbs down for this one I’m afraid. We won’t be making it again.

I made this 2-3 times and my girl liked it the first few times. Lately she would not eat the chicken but would finish off all the chickpeas (and the soup, if I spoon-feed her). I liked it as well, so I would finish the chicken and the zucchini.

Hi Viv – it’s funny – we’ve since decided that we don’t actually like Moroccan style cooking in this household! I think that might have been the real reason why the recipe was such a disaster for us!
