Boardgames for everyone

The other night we realised we own a crazy amount of boardgames. Well crazy when you realise that half of them require three players minimum, and Little Man is just a bit young to join in yet. So we decided to do something to make a bit more use of the games, and give ourselves a bit of a social outlet too. I put a message out on Facebook to a few of my friends to ask if anyone would be interested in setting up a “Boardgame Club”, along the lines of our book club, which has been going for over a year and is a great success.

I wasn’t sure if I’d get many positive responses because I know boardgames aren’t for everyone. But a few people were interested and tonight’s our first game club. 🙂

…so it’s time to pour a glass of wine and wait for our guests to arrive! Fingers crossed game club is as much fun as book club!
