A few of my favourites
It’s Mammies Night Out time again, so while you read this, I’m off out enjoying myself! Dinner and drinks this time – we thought we’d try something a little more sedate than our last excursion!
I couldn’t leave you without anything to read though, so I thought I’d share some of my favourite blogs with you.
The Pioneer Woman
Top of the list is Ree Drummond, the Pioneer Woman. This site has it all – it’s a cookery site, a photography site, a personal blog, a love story, and much more. I dip in and out of it regularly, and sometimes get lost reading it for hours. She writes about everything from homeschooling to castrating calves! It’s fascinating and wonderful and definitely worth a look.
ProperFud
I’ve mentioned ProperFud before – it’s a blog about one family and their experiences with baby-led weaning. I enjoy the stories about Dom’s latest adventures as much as I enjoy the recipes and food ideas.
Erin, Steve, & Willow
This is a Canadian blog by Erin, a new mama, full of breastfeeding stories, product reviews, and tales from daily life with a new baby. Erin regularly posts videos of her life with baby Willow as well. So cute!
Pistols and Popcorn
This is an American blog by Jodi, mama to a seven year old boy and twin baby boys. It’s witty, and clever, and truthful about life with not one but two babies! All about how rewarding it is, and how tough it is as well! I love checking in to see how they’re all getting on!
Andmybaby
This last one is homegrown. I like it because Áine also has a toddler – and a life! Her blog is all about where she goes and what she does with her baby. I find it great for ideas for things to do with Charlie and Little Man.
This is just a small selection of the blogs I read regularly, but it should be enough to keep you going while I’m out! Enjoy!
Have a great night and enjoy your week off.
